International Lawyers acts as a provider of intermediary services
in accordance with article 17 of Law 32/2002 of 12 July 2002,
the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce,
and will only be liable for the contents and services provided
in the Linked Sites to the extent that it is actually aware
of the illegality and has not deactivated the link with the
required diligence. In the event that the User takes the view
that a Linked Site contains unlawful or unsuitable contents,
he or she may inform Bouza, International Lawyers of the fact
in accordance with the procedure and with the effects established
in clause 6, although in no case does such notification impose
any obligation to remove the link in question.
Under
no circumstances does the existence of Linked Sites presuppose
the existence of agreements with the people owning or controlling
them, nor the recommendation or promotion of the representations,
contents or services provided or the identification of Bouza,
International Lawyers with them.
Bouza,
International Lawyers is not familiar with the contents and
services of the Linked Sites and therefore takes no responsibility
for any loss and damage arising as a result of the unlawfulness,
quality, non-current nature, non-availability, error or lack
of usefulness of the contents and/or services of the Linked
Sites, nor for any other loss or damage that is not directly
attributable to Bouza, International Lawyers.

Protection of personal data
Any data that may be collected via this website will be incorporated
into a computerised data record for which Bouza, International
Lawyers is the data controller. It will deal with the data in
confidence and solely for the purpose of managing its relationship
with its clients and promoting the firm’s activities.
Bouza, International Lawyers will also cancel, delete and/or
block the data when it turns out to be inaccurate or incomplete
or when it is no longer necessary or relevant for its purpose,
in accordance with the provisions of the data protection legislation.

the event of an infringement of rights such as intellectual
and industrial property rights, the personal details of the
owner of the right infringed when it is someone other than the
informant. Proof of the entitlement of the owner of the rights
must also be produced, together, where appropriate, with evidence
that the informant is acting on behalf of the owner when the
owner is someone other than the informant, plus an express declaration
that the information contained in the claim is accurate.
In
accordance with the provisions of the LSSI, receipt by Bouza,
International Lawyers of the notification provided for in this
clause will not mean that Sagardoy Abogados has actual knowledge
of the activities and/or contents indicated by the informant.
